Note: On-site motels are limited. Motels are being allocated on need-based consideration for those who has young children under 5 and/or elderly over 60. There are off-campus motels that are within 7 miles radius and 14 minutes range.
Additional Information
* Infants/Toddlers (0-5) Registration:

No program or care will be available for toddlers.

Toddlers must stay in the room lodging with their parents.

Meals are free for toddlers.

Toddlers are welcome to sit with parents during conference. Pioneers promotes and fosters a sense of community and family worship by embracing the sounds and energy of toddlers and children.
Children's Program (1st-5th Grade):

Children's Program will be offered to children attending 1st to 5th grade (optional).

Parents should notify during registration of any allergies/dietary restrictions of their children.
** Registrations without lodging:
If you choose to book your own local motel rooms, you will only be responsible for the conference fees. However, you will be responsible for your own lodging needs.
